Kejawen from the word Jawa (Java): Javanese, is a javanese spiritual knowledge in search of good & correct way of life, achieving the harmonious relation between servant & God, MANUNGGALING KAWULA GUSTI (manunggal = oneness, kawula = servant, gusts = Lord).
Javanese traditional ceremonies, ancient rituals remain in place to this day. It is a proof that local people are preserving their precious identity. Besides the existence of another religions, this local belief popularly known as Kejawen does continue to exist.
